They were not hard to spot, the creatures as large as land itself moved gently through the water a distant way off the coast. How could something so massive hardly disturb the water in which it moved? Once we got closer we could see that the top of this creature had a transparent dome like structure that made it inaccessible from above water. I convinced Lord Meeps to enter the creature from the underwater pool by asserting that with the size of this beast it was possible for there to be some sort of civilization living on top of its back. Regardless of whether or not he believed me or was just humoring me we managed to get inside.

Once inside the creature we discovered it had its own ecosystem sustained by the protection of the dome. A vastly complex arrangement of plants were living atop its hard carapace that made it feel like we were not walking on an animal but rather a small island. The plant life that grew out from its back seemed to be a mix of aquatic and terrestrial, while the animals living within seemed more like oversized parasites. A creature this massive should have a difficult time floating on the water's surface, but I believe the excess of oxygen it produces aids in keeping it afloat. As I did my studies the light tapping of rain atop the dome began to increase. We decided it best to leave the creature for now not knowing it’s habits within a storm. Whether it submerges itself or weathered the winds and waves. Upon leaving I caught sight of a shape unlike that of anything I’d ever seen before within the distant storm clouds. It was a large shadow twisting and moving alive hidden within the clouds. Excitedly, I rushed along the beach to Meeps in hopes that we could pursue it. Not having seen it himself and with the rain now coming down in waves he decided it best to wait for the night. Soaked already from our trip within the moving island and the now heavier rain I grudgingly agreed. We set up tents in a small cave nearby and waited out the night and the storm with a mysterious giant hidden amongst the clouds. I will see you again creature. I can’t wait to learn more.
