In the unfathomable depths of Crius' oceans, a terrifying species of Umbra known as the Wreckage lurks. These giant aquatic squamate reptiles boast long, slender bodies, massive jaws, and four powerful flippers that enable them to swim at incredible speeds. As Trench Umbras, the Wreckage species has made their lairs at the bottom of deep ocean crevices or within treacherous sea caves. Their hoards are vast, filled with treasures from shipwrecks that they have either caused or scavenged from the ocean floor. These intelligent beings adorn their faces with pieces of shipwrecks for protection and to deceive unsuspecting seafarers into thinking they are merely damaged ships until it is too late. Like all Umbras, the Wreckage species possess innate magical abilities that alter the environment around them. Fierce currents, whirlpools, and storms mark their domains, causing many sailors to hold superstitions about ocean storms indicating they have stumbled into a Wreckage's territories.
