Mire Umbras are colossal subterranean reptiles that dwell beneath the surface of Crius, carving their way through the earth in an endless search for food and long-buried treasures. Though more intelligent than common beasts, they are among the most primal of all Umbra species, driven by instinct and an insatiable hunger for the secrets hidden below.

These titanic creatures take on one of two forms: serpentine behemoths, their sinuous bodies allowing them to weave effortlessly through narrow tunnels, or hulking, turtle-like colossi, whose sheer bulk and strength let them bulldoze through even the hardest stone. Their affinity for fire and magma is undeniable—drawn ever closer to the planet’s molten core, they bask in the searing heat of underground chambers, thriving in the infernal glow of the deep.
