The Fulgura are small, agile creatures that inhabit the stormy skies and glassy ground of the Sea of Glass. Resembling the Angluna species but with notable differences, Fulgura possess prominent round eyes, needle-like fur around their ears and tails, and more rigidly shaped ears and wings. These creatures typically travel in groups, digging up charged stones from beneath the glass surface for sustenance.
Fulgura are equipped with small, spiked frontal claws capable of piercing the thick glass surface with ease. Young Fulgura cling to their mothers' backs until they can fly independently. By charging their wings with electrical energy from their glass burrows, Fulgura can fly at remarkable speeds.
Their small mouths house sharp fangs that deliver an electrical discharge when they bite in self-defense. Unlike normal vision, Fulgura perceive their surroundings through electromagnetic fields, providing them with a near-perfect 360-degree vision that maps out everything around them.
This CR1/2 creature is called a Fulgura and is a Beast that lives mostly within the Sea of Glass.
