Spawned from the remnants of the once-mighty deity, Visecera, the Erytopods lay dormant within the Innards, their gelatinous bodies brimming with the magical energy that created them. However, at the slightest hint of intrusion, these creatures come to life, surging towards any perceived threat with an unwavering determination. Like an immune system, they defend the sacred grounds inside their god's remains, their floating forms using their tentacles to move through the air with ease. These tentacles, adorned with sharp spines resembling giant needles, pose a deadly threat to anyone foolish enough to cross their path. The Erytopods use them to impale their victims, injecting them with a lethal amount of air until their bodies burst from within. It is a brutal and terrifying sight to behold, leaving even the bravest of warriors trembling in fear. However, this tactic comes with a price for the Erytopods as well. Often, their own bodies will crumble to the ground, deflated and lifeless. Still, they remain unwavering in their duty to protect the Innards, for they are creatures born of magic and their loyalty to their fallen god knows no bounds.
